1)
Use a tailor's measuring tape, a strip of paper or a length of string and wrap it around your wrist to take the measurement.
Take the measurement as close as possible to the narrowest part of your wrist.  If a strip of paper or string is used to take
the measurement, make a mark with a pen or pencil where the two ends come together around your wrist.  Use a ruler to
     measure the paper or string.

Do not roll a ruler around your wrist to take the measurement - this will not give an accurate measurement.

2)  Use the sizing chart above to select a bracelet size.  The sizing chart is only intended to be used as a guide for selecting a
bracelet size to order.  Generally - most bracelets are approximately 1 inch larger than the wrists actual size.  If you like to
wear your bracelet a little tighter or looser - select a size that you're comfortable with.  We've also included a sizing chart
     on each bracelet page.

Example:  If your wrist measured 6 inches, you would want a bracelet that's approximately 7 inches in length (depending on
what you decide is a comfortable fit for you)
.  The total length of the bracelet includes the ID Tag.  If you only
