Jessica Bay, Inc. a.k.a. www.StaySafeJewelry.com products are designed to inform medical personnel of the wearer's medical condition in the event of an emergency. However, if for any reason the bracelet or jewelry is not recognized or discovered thereby resulting in a lack of appropriate care; the seller cannot be held liable.

Jessica Bay, Inc. does not install cookies, spyware or any other software on your computer system.  Our shopping cart service utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on its servers to safeguard all of your personal information and credit card information that's required to complete your purchase. The shopping cart service does offer an option that will remember your shipping and billing information if you so choose.  If you do choose to have your shipping and billing information saved on your computer system for a faster checkout with your next purchase, the shopping cart service needs to install a cookie on your computer system to hold this data.  None of your credit card information is saved in the cookie - you'll have to re-enter that information every time you make a purchase with us.

The photos of the beaded bracelets, crystal bracelets and the chain bracelets shown on our web site were all made approximately the same length. Because each bracelet is custom made to fit the customers wrist size, the overall length of each bracelet will vary in size.  This variation in size will mean that we may have to use more or less beads, crystals or links to correctly size the length of the bracelet as ordered.  Jessica Bay, Inc. reserves the right to modify each bracelet as it sees fit to accommodate the size requested by the customer.

Although we do our best to fabricate each bracelet exactly as shown on our web site - with the exception length, all beads and other parts used to fabricate each bracelet are subject to availability.  Jessica Bay, Inc. reserves the right to substitute beads and crystals with a equivalent type of bead, crystal or part if necessary to fabricate the bracelet and process the order if any beads, crystals or other parts become unavailable for an extended period of time.

Medical ID Tags:  Because the ID Tags, Dog Tags and Necklace ID Tags are all custom engraved, they can not be returned unless an engraving error was made on our part.
 

Bracelets and Chains:  All beaded bracelets and chain bracelets come with a 90 day warranty.  If you bracelet breaks within 90 days after receiving it, return the bracelet and as many beads, crystals and any other parts as possible to the address below and we'll replace the bracelet at no charge.  If your bracelet breaks for any reason after the warranty period, contact us at 630-435-6307 for a price quote for repairs.

A nominal fee is charged as follows:
    $6.00 to re-size Beaded Bracelets
    $18.00 to re-size Chain Bracelets
    $6.95 for shipping through the US Post Office

Small children should not wear beaded jewelry.  Beaded bracelets could pose a choking hazard because the beads, crystals and other small parts that are used to fabricate the bracelets could be swallowed by small children.

We immediately begin processing your order once payment has been made.  Because each bracelet is made to order and each ID tag must be individually engraved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be completed and shipped.  Depending on which method of shipping is more practical, your order will be shipped either through UPS or the United States Postal Service.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders.  Our shopping cart does not provide an option for paying with a Check or Money Order.  Customers wishing to pay by check or money order can print out their order and send it along with payment to the address below.  Customers can also place their order by phone by calling 630-435-6307.  We will not accept third party checks.  Paying by check will delay your order from being processed until the check has cleared.  Checks that are returned are subject to a $20.00 returned check fee.
